Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form
This Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form is concluded electronically between Weekend Kozmetik Anonim Şirketi (“Company” or “Seller”) and the person placing an order through the website likeweekend.com (“Website”) (“Buyer”). This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
By placing an order through the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the provisions of this agreement.

Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.
Product Information and Pricing
The type, quantity, brand/model information, sales price, payment method and delivery details of the products ordered by the Buyer are specified on the order summary page during the checkout process. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly indicated during the ordering process.
Payment and Order Process
The Buyer completes the payment using the selected payment method during the order process. Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, the agreement becomes effective. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as payment failure or technical issues.
Delivery
Ordered products will be delivered to the shipping company within a maximum of 7 business days after the order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the location of the delivery address. The products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process.
The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or incorrect delivery information provided by the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date the product is delivered without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. The Buyer must return the product to the Seller in accordance with the return procedure.
Return Process and Refund
After the returned product reaches the Seller, it will be inspected. If the return conditions are met, the payment will be refunded to the Buyer using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 business days.
Due to banking procedures, the time required for the refund to appear in the Buyer’s account may vary.
Liability
The Seller undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the Buyer except in cases of technical problems or force majeure. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused
by shipping companies, force majeure events, or incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
Force Majeure
Events beyond the control of the parties, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, wars, strikes, pandemics, internet outages or infrastructure failures, shall be considered force majeure. In such cases, the obligations of the parties may be suspended temporarily.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
Entry into Force
This agreement becomes effective once the Buyer completes the order and payment process through the Website.
