Products purchased through the website may be returned within fourteen days from the date of delivery in accordance with the consumer’s right of withdrawal. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, the original packaging must not be damaged and the product must be in a condition suitable for resale.

If a user wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must first contact the Company and submit a return request. Return requests may be sent to info@likeweekend.com. The Company will provide the necessary instructions regarding the return process. Once the returned product reaches the Company’s return address, it will be inspected. If the product is found to comply with the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated. 

Following approval of the return request, the product price will be refunded to the user within fourteen business days, depending on the payment method used. For payments made by credit card, the time it takes for the refund to appear in the user’s account may vary depending on the procedures of the relevant bank. 

Products that are found to be damaged during delivery should not be accepted and a damage report should be prepared with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. If a damaged package is accepted without any report, it may be considered that the product was delivered properly and the return process may be evaluated differently. Therefore, checking packages at the time of delivery is important.

Due to hygiene and health reasons related to cosmetic and personal care products, products that have been opened, used or are not suitable for resale may not be eligible for return. Such cases are evaluated in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Return and Refund Policy when deemed necessary. The updated policy will become effective once published on the website.
