Orders placed through the website are delivered to the shipping carrier within seven business days at the latest following confirmation of the order by the Company. After the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and generally takes between one and three business days. Delivery times may vary during official holidays, promotional periods or in cases of force majeure.

Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the user during the order process or to a person authorised by the user. Once the order has been delivered to the specified address or authorised recipient, the Company’s delivery obligation is deemed fulfilled. The Company cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the user.

Users are advised to check the package in the presence of the shipping carrier upon delivery. If the package shows signs of damage, deformation or opening, the user should request that the shipping carrier record a damage report before accepting the package. Packages determined to be damaged should not be accepted, and the situation should be reported to the Company as soon as possible via info@likeweekend.com.

If the package is accepted without any objection or damage report, it will be considered that the shipping carrier has fulfilled its delivery obligation properly. Therefore, checking the package at the time of delivery is important.

Shipping fees may be added to the total order amount. The Company reserves the right to waive all or part of the shipping fees within the scope of promotional campaigns. Conditions related to such campaigns are announced on the website.

The Company reserves the right to update or amend this Shipping and Delivery Policy when necessary. The updated policy will become effective once published on the website.
